Lately, every time we play a show we hear some of the same questions…
”do you guys have a CD?” and “do you have some music I can buy?” and “hey, can I borrow some pants?”
But fear not! The answers to the above questions are forthcoming…
Look for a full onslaught of all things Super Adventure Club in the coming months. A new album, a new video, movie roles, fashion accessories, ring tones, clothing line, web site redesigns and a US and a European tour. Perhaps we’ll even launch a new fragrance while we’re at it. (Eau de Jake?)
If you would like to get involved in making the album the atomic smash that it ought to be, send us an email

Thanks to everybody who came out to the show at the Elbo Room on monday night.
It was awesome to see so many people out on the first night of the week.
Weather Pending played a great set with our very own Jake sitting in on drums. I thought he did a pretty damn fine job given that he hadn’t heard a single one of their songs prior to getting up and playing with them. And oddly enough, he’s playing with them again tonight at the Great American Music Hall for a battle of the bands show.
Cannons and Clouds did a kickass job as well. I’ve been producing their debut album for the past year and a half and it’s a really great record. Hopefully we’ll get it done soon and we can all rock out to Zach and the gang.
Thanks to everybody that signed the mailing list. If you didn’t, you can do it from the sidebar here…
Also, I don’t have any pictures of the show, so if you do, email them to us at info@superadventurelcubmusic.com or else post a flickr link in the comments below.
Next shows to be announced very very soon…
thanks yall,

Super Adventure Club is the Deli’s Band Of The Month. Thanks to all who
voted for us as we couldn’t have done it without you. Democracy never
tasted so sweaty.
We were just featured on the front page of the Deli Magazine today, which is very nice. They had some lovely things to say about us as we are in the running for their band of the month poll. So we thought we’d give all of you some extra incentive…

We’re very excited to be nominated for Band of the Month. The Deli Magazine is one of our favorite local blogs and they were the first to write about us anywhere. (Thanks Rachel!)

Thanks to everybody who came out and braved the lines to get into the Apple Store for our show on Friday evening.
We had a blast playing in the Mecca of all things Mac. We both use PowerBooks for all the electronic sounds we generate (but never a sequencer!) so it was nice to go straight to the source. Thanks to Matt Ward for the photos
After the show we packed up and drove across town to the Double Play where we closed out the night for an underground independent short film festival. It was a packed house which we entertained with a wild set of improv dance tunes, an extended version of Üntz Üntz Üntz and great shenanigans in some new languages.
Next show: Blakes in Berkeley on Aug 2. ALL AGES!
